The Arizona Supreme Court just handed Maricopa County Recorder Justin Heap a unanimous win over the county's Board of Supervisors, weeks before the July 21 primary.

The ruling reinstates injunctions restoring Heap's control over IT systems, drop boxes, and early voting sites, authority the Board had held since a 2024 agreement with his predecessor.

Board leadership says it'll comply, though they're disappointed.
