RFK Jr and Chemtrails are back in the news today… and the New York Post just magnified what RFK Jr is on record saying — DARPA is likely responsible for the Chemical warfare happening in our skies.

Is there any state out there that have clear skies since banning Chemtrails? I’m just curious which states (if any) actually banned it..?

As of today, three states have enacted legislation prohibiting certain geoengineering or weather modification activities (such as the intentional release of chemicals, compounds, or substances into the atmosphere to affect temperature, weather, or sunlight intensity).
- Florida
- Louisiana
- Tennessee

Dozens of other states (20–37+) have introduced similar bills since 2024, but most have not passed both chambers or been signed into law. Some bills distinguish between full geoengineering bans and limited traditional weather modification (e.g., cloud seeding for water management, which is sometimes exempted)
