Bannon’s War Room Under Attack – Threat To Democracy

The leftwing Associated Press is going after Steve Bannon right before the midterm elections in an attempt to stop Democrats from losing in a landslide.

The news organization posted an article about election “misinformation” as they call it when anyone questions the outcome of the vote.

The article has findings from Newsguard, a tech tool that searches out “fake news.” Newsguard rates conservative news sites, and even Fox News, lower than liberal ones, and even gave 100% ratings to major news organizations that censored the Hunter Biden laptop story before the 2020 election.

The AP report alleges that “Election misinformation is thriving on Rumble, a video sharing platform popular with some conservatives and far-right groups, according to research published Thursday.”

“Nearly half of the videos suggested by the site in response to searches for common election-related terms came from untrustworthy sources, according to the analysis from NewsGuard, a firm that monitors online misinformation,” the AP went on.

The article goes after Steve Bannon as the major publisher of things they consider “fake.”

“Some of the videos reviewed by NewsGuard’s researchers in October included online shows featuring allies of former President Donald Trump such as Steve Bannon and conspiracy theorists such as Alex Jones. Many videos contained debunked claims about the 2020 election, the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol, the QAnon conspiracy theory, as well as misinformation about voting and the elections,” the AP report states.

The leftwing attack continues, “Bannon’s show was among the top results when researchers ran a search on the term “voter fraud.” A longtime Trump ally, Bannon was kicked off YouTube last year for repeatedly violating its rules; he was banned from Twitter after calling for Dr. Anthony Fauci, the nation’s leading infectious disease specialist, to be beheaded.”

A spokesman for Bannon told the AP on Thursday that Bannon’s comment was metaphorical and that he didn’t intend it to be taken literally.

Many conservatives moved to Rumble from YouTube because the latter banned so many content creators who supported Trump.

Rumble is popular and growing according to the AP article.

“Rumble said in September it now has 78 million active monthly users around the world, with 63 million in the United States and Canada. The site boasts a long list of podcasts helmed by prominent conservatives such as Dan Bongino and Bannon, whose videos have millions of subscribers on Rumble,” the report adds.

Newsguard has been called out before for its biased rating system which rewards liberal news organizations and rates conservative ones low on the “trustworthy” scale.

In July, The Federalist reported “The left-wing misinformation group NewsGuard downgraded Fox News this week while maintaining perfect scores for outlets that botched the Hunter Biden story in 2020.”

On Thursday, CNN media reporter Oliver Darcy published Fox’s updated score, which dropped from nearly 70 out of 100 down to 57. FoxNews.com, the credibility rating company explained, “fails to adhere to several basic journalistic standards” and “published numerous false and misleading claims, including about politics and COVID-19.”

The popular pro-censorship browser extension also axed the network’s score with claims that Fox News handles the difference between news and opinion irresponsibly and fails to regularly correct errors.

The Federalist report weighed in on Newsguard’s obvious leftwing bias when it came to the Hunter laptop story.

“The New York Post published a series of emails from an abandoned Delaware laptop that had reportedly belonged to Hunter Biden, Joe Biden’s son. Documents revealed the Democrat presidential candidate was lying when he repeatedly denied discussing business with his son, “or with anyone else.” Another story revealed then-candidate Biden stood to personally profit from his son’s overseas business ventures with foreign adversaries.”

The taxpayer-funded editors at National Public Radio declared coverage of the laptop a waste of time.

“We don’t want to waste our time on stories that are not really stories,” the editors wrote.

NPR maintains a 100 percent credibility score with NewsGuard despite its failure to properly cover the Hunter Biden saga, which is no isolated incident of journalistic malpractice.

The New York Times and Politico, which each took months to acknowledge the legitimacy of the Hunter Biden laptop, also have perfect credibility scores. Meanwhile, the New York Post, which broke the major story leading up to the 2020 election, is listed with a score of 69.5 out of 100. The Federalist has a score of 12.5.

After being sentenced for contempt of Congress by a Democrat judge a little over a week ago, Bannon spoke to the crowd outside the court and dropped a bombshell that DOJ Attorney General Merrick B. Garland would be charged and impeached and removed from office. He also said judgement day was coming for the illegitimate Biden regime on November 8th when Democrats lose the midterm elections and Republicans take Congress.
