Chief Justice Roberts Just Went Nuclear – Activates Special Police Force

After years of dissatisfaction with the power of a massive government in their daily lives, the majority of Americans show concerns, fears, and frustration with both the media and the state and local governments in their lives.And after two years of financial strains on families and small businesses because of the COVID 19 virus and overreaching demands by the government to comply with new standards- people are mad and growing hopeless that the government will ever have champions to represent their needs and wants.
And now the people have massive failures by the Biden administration, leading them into inflation concerns and shortages- so they are mad, hopeless, and exhausted.
But none of that stops the leftist machine and the lapdog media from pushing more boldly for new exploitations of our free and open society.
Now the left are pushing to start civil uprisings over the potential of seeing Roe V. Wade pushed down to states for a vote..
So – what happened? This week the US Supreme Court is set to give their decision on the landmark Roe V. Wade- and then, all of a sudden, a leak is published by a lapdog that ignites civil unreset and the Chief Supreme Justice, John Roberts, is pushing back.
So the left is now exposed- so pay attention here, and the cause of this is what Roberts is going to investigate.
Because of the activation of the left- riots have already started.
According to Politico, which reported in response to the announcement about Robert’s intervention:
“Now that Chief Justice John Roberts has ordered an investigation into the breach of an initial draft majority opinion overturning Roe v. Wade, what happens next is a total mystery.
There are virtually no precedents for Roberts’ plans to identify the 98-page document’s path from the high court to the pages of POLITICO, a disclosure he termed a “betrayal” of the institution’s trust. Supreme Court leak controversies have occasionally sparked national intrigue and even calls for federal investigations, but those calls haven’t resulted in any significant investigation.”
It is a total mystery- and Politico seems unconcerned about their role in it or about the actions of the left, who are possibly in the process of a real insurrection. Or about the eroding trust in yet another American Institution.
Western Journal reported:
In a media release Tuesday, one day after Politico first published a draft opinion from the court that indicated it would overturn Roe v. Wade, Roberts announced he had “directed the Marshal of the Court to launch an investigation into the source of the leak.”The draft decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, written by Justice Samuel Alito and joined by four other conservative justices, held the logic of the original Roe v. Wade decision was “extremely weak” and said the decision “was egregiously wrong from the start.”
“We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled,” Alito wrote. “It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives.”
“No draft decision in the modern history of the court has been disclosed publicly while a case was still pending. The unprecedented revelation is bound to intensify the debate over what was already the most controversial case on the docket this term,” he wrote.In the media release, the Supreme Court acknowledged the authenticity of the draft opinion while stressing it was in no way final.
“Yesterday, a news organization published a copy of a draft opinion in a pending case,” the release stated.
“Justices circulate draft opinions internally as a routine and essential part of the Court’s confidential deliberative work. Although the document described in yesterday’s reports is authentic, it does not represent a decision by the Court or the final position of any member on the issues in the case.”
In a release, Chief Justice John Roberts stated the matter would go directly to the Marshal of the Supreme Court, a law enforcement official that answers directly to the court.“To the extent this betrayal of the confidences of the Court was intended to undermine the integrity of our operations, it will not succeed,” Roberts wrote.
“I have directed the Marshal of the Court to launch an investigation into the source of the leak.”
According to Fox News, the current Marshal of the Supreme Court is Col. Gail A. Curley, who was appointed in May of 2021.
“As Marshal, Col. Curley will serve as the Court’s chief security officer, facilities administrator, and contracting executive, managing approximately 260 employees, including the Supreme Court Police Force, which provides security for the Justices, Court staff, visitors, the building, and surrounding grounds,” the Supreme Court stated in a media release when she was appointed last year.
“Col. Curley will call the Supreme Court to order in argument sessions, maintaining order and decorum during Court proceedings.”
And now, she’ll be charged with figuring out who leaked Alito’s draft opinion.
