Pelosi Buys Millions in Call Options for Google, Disney, Roblox Stocks
House Majority Leader, Democrat Nancy Pelosi, and her husband have acquired millions of dollars worth of call options for stocks including Google, Salesforce, Roblox and Disney, according to new financial disclosures.
The purchases occurred between December 17 to December 21.
Pelosi has been slammed for 'insider trading' and family participation in the stock market, with her work as a legislator directly influencing it.
When quizzed on it earlier this month, questioned earlier this month, Pelosi said: “We’re a free-market economy,” adding that members of Congress “should be able to participate in that.”
