Lots of the same questions being asked on the posts above so I will do my best to answer them here.

Fill out the form on their site to request a telemed appointment and a doctor will get back to you in a matter of days (depending on whether you’re currently sick). I was sick, sent the request on a Thursday, received the call on a Monday. (They don’t work weekends, like most doctors.)

You do not need to be sick in order to request the medication. But be sure when you fill out your form requesting the telemed appointment that you say you are not sick (it will give you the option) so that you don’t get placed in line before someone who is actually sick and needs it ASAP.

AFLD has a pharmacy they work with that will ship the meds to you in case your local pharmacy won’t honor your prescription. They have the option to overnight the meds to you, you cover the cost of shipping.
