CBP had a plan for Peter Daszak's return from the WHO's COVID-origins mission in February 2021: an "extremely high person of interest" flag, a formal targeting event, a Tactical Terrorism Response Team exam built around questions on biological samples and his ties to the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Three days before he landed at JFK, the FBI told them to stand down. The exam never happened, and the newly released records don't explain why.
