Leon Black's Epstein deposition is set: September 3, videotaped and under oath.
The Apollo founder walked out of his House Oversight interview in June rather than answer questions about NDAs he allegedly signed with women tied to Epstein.
Now the committee has him on the calendar, and his legal team is handing those NDAs over at the end of next week.
