The movie follows a man who travels to an unnamed European city after a young girl is raped and murdered by immigrants who receive suspended sentences. Frustrated by the justice system, he takes matters into his own hands, targeting violent criminals—many of whom are immigrants. Supporters say that’s why the film was banned.
