Hamas declares end of war and start of permanent ceasefire
Hamas's exiled Gaza chief, Khalil Al-Hayya, said in a televised speech:
We declare an end to the war today and start of a permanent ceasefire
The agreement includes opening Rafah crossing in both directions
The agreement will see the release by Israel of all jailed Palestinian women and children
The group received guarantees from the United States, Arab mediators and Turkey that the war on Gaza has permanently ended
