Rep Luna has confirmed Russia’s Kirill Dmitriev, special envoy to President Putin, will meet with her later this month to foster peace and trade between the U.S. and Russia.

Dmitriev responded, saying, “Thank you for your courageous stand for peace and dialogue… I look forward to our meeting and constructive discussion.”
