Obama Appointed Federal Judge Robin L. Rosenberg has DENIED a request from the Trump Administration to Unseal Epstein Grand Jury Transcripts in Florida

Judge Rosenberg stated that the court’s “hands are tied” because the government’s request did not meet the narrow circumstances under which grand jury testimony can be unsealed.

She ordered a new case opened in the public interest to provide access to the government’s request and the denial order, while closing the original case tied to the Florida investigation.

It looks like they’re trying to expose Epstein’s ties to Domestic/Foreign Intelligence…

What is already public…

• the 2006 Florida Grand Jury Transcripts, July 1, 2024, under Florida’s House Bill 117, signed by Gov. Ron DeSantis.
—— it contained 150–200 pages from Palm Beach County investigation into Epstein’s sex trafficking and r*pe of underage girls.
—— Testimony from two victims (one 14) detailing molestation, payments ($200+), and recruitment of other girls.
—— Housekeeper noted “hundreds of girls” visited Epstein’s mansion.

What the Obama Judge just Blocked

The Obama appointed judge just blocked the Transcripts from the 2006–2008 federal investigation under U.S. Attorney Alexander Acosta, tied to Epstein’s 2008 non-prosecution agreement (NPA).

Epstein had previously been arrested in July 2006 on state charges in Florida for soliciting prostitution, leading to his sweetheart 2008 plea deal.

This plea deal, proven in the transcript of Alex Acosta's interview, discussed Epstein "belonging to intelligence" as a reason for the lenient deal, and was told to “leave it alone”.
