Just filed in DC - Donald Trump has been indictment.
Charges related to obstructing official proceedings, conspiracy to defraud the United States, and Conspiracy against civil rights.
The political has been criminalized.

The Trump case has been assigned to U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan, according to the court docket. Chutkan, an Obama appointee, is the only federal judge in Washington, D.C., who has sentenced Jan. 6 defendants to sentences longer than the government had requested
Can't wait for this case to go to discovery. That should be interesting
How many court cases disputing the election were thrown out in 200/2021? Mostly because of "procedural issues" or whatever other B.S. they could muster.
Once this one goes to discovery, Trump will have the opportunity to lay out all the election fraud evidence and prove that all of his statements true - either that, or they throw the case out (which they don't want to do).
They think this is a win, but they backed themselves into a corner. Idiots.
