Musk met with the Chief Executive at a farm hotel in Porto Feliz, in the interior of São Paulo. During the event, the businessman announced a partnership between the government and Starlink, a company that is part of SpaceX (space company) and offers broadband via satellite.
This structure, according to Elon Musk, will be used to monitor the Amazon rainforest and provide internet to 19,000 schools in rural areas.'
NOTE: The 'DEFENSE' medal means that Starlink, besides the important job of taking internet to schools, will also help to defend the incredibly porous Brazilian Amazon borders.
