Lana Ponting, a survivor of CIA-funded MKULTRA experiments at Montreal’s Allan Memorial Institute, gave sworn testimony describing how she was drugged with LSD, subjected to electroshock, and forced to listen to looped recordings telling her she was “a bad girl” or “a good girl.”
She also stated that she saw Indigenous children at the facility and befriended one named Morningstar who endured the same abuses.
This 2021–2022 affidavit, submitted in the Mohawk Mothers’ Quebec court case, is one of the clearest eyewitness account linking MKULTRA to Indigenous children.
