This declassified Air Force study — “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025” — laid it all out.
Not a conspiracy. Not sci-fi. A real strategic planning paper from 1996. Here’s exactly what they proposed

2/ Quick background
Written by Air Force officers for a long-term “Air Force 2025” project.

Goal? Make weather a controllable military tool — like tanks or drones — to help friendly forces and screw over the enemy.

3/ The 5 “Weather Weapons”:

1. Rain on Command, Powerful Hurricanes
Seed clouds with special particles to trigger massive downpours. Flood enemy supply lines, turn roads into mud, or create droughts where you need them. Basically: weaponized weather.

2. Fog & Cloud Control
Create thick fog banks to hide your troops… or burn it away with lasers/microwaves so your jets can take off while the enemy is blind.

3. Storm & Lightning Boost: Pump up thunderstorms to ground enemy aircraft or disrupt their operations. Even toyed with directing lightning.

4/ 4. Space Weather Domination: Heat the upper atmosphere to create “mirrors” that jam enemy radar, GPS, and communications — while yours work perfectly. Think invisible electronic warfare from the sky.

5. Smart Nano-Clouds
Tiny self-organizing particles that form fake clouds, block sensors, or create “virtual weather” to fool satellites and enemy systems.

Now ask yourself a very important question. We have witnessed all kinds of warfare used against the American people over the last few decades, more notably, the last few years. Are we supposed to believe this technology has never been used against us? Hurricanes that somehow magically stop over an area and dump a years worth of rain in one Day?

A better question… if they can manipulate & steer weather for warfare… how come it’s not being used to stop “natural disasters”.
