A California Serial Child Rapist will Now be Released thanks to Gavin Newsome’s new Law, but wait… it gets worse

Per the documents obtained by Fox News and @BillMelugin_, parole hearing transcript for serial child rapist David Funston, in which he says as recently as 2021, he was masturbating to children in prison, including fantasies he was having about an 8-year-old girl who used to live across the street from him.

The California Parole Board found him suitable for early release from prison via CA’s elderly parole laws during the same hearing.

UPDATE:

Funston will stay behind bars - for now - after the Placer County DA charged for a 1996 sexual assault of a child. Funston admits to the assault and talks about it in the transcripts. But the CA Parole Board found this man suitable for release.
