Susan Rice sent this email to herself January 20, 2017 documenting a White House meeting earlier that month with President Obama, FBI Director Comey and others about "Russian hacking" during the 2016 election.
Rice emphasized their work was to be done "by the book."
These records, I first posted in May 2020, have taken on new signifiance with the declassified records release @DNIGabbard
Catherine Herridge Reports
Re: Catherine Herridge Reports
Catherine Herridge
CONTEXT
There are at least four tracks to the Russia collusion story.
•Newly declassified @DNIGabbard documents alleging intel manipulation
•Use of Steele Dossier to secure FISA surveillance warrants
•Unmasking scandal targeting @GenFlynn
•Predicate that opened the FBI's 2016 counterintelligence probe "Crossfire Hurricane"
RE-UPPING unmasking documents I first reported in 2020.
As you can see, the same names keep surfacing.
(Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Biden)

FBI Clinton Email Probe Failed To Explore National Security Breach
From declassified OIG Annex via Grassley Page 2 - "The first five thumb drives were obained by the FBI in (redacted)...Examples of U.S. victim information that the analysts observed during this review included former President Barack Obama's emails, possible evidence of an (redacted) intrustion into the (redacted).."
—————————————————
At the height of the FBI Clinton email investigation, multiple sources told me that President Obama’s high-security BlackBerry used a special process known as “whitelisting” that only allowed it to take calls and messages from pre-approved contacts.
This information came from two former senior intelligence officials with knowledge of the set-up.
If President Obama's BlackBerry was configured to accept the Clinton address, it would have been clear to the White House that Clinton email .com was not a government account.
You cannot over state the cyber risk and national security consequences.

From Follow the Pen Catherin Herridge:
Declassified GOP Intel Report: Putin held back highly damaging Clinton info in 2016 (e.g., "alarming" health concerns, secret State Dept meetings) that could've swayed election—far worse than leaked docs. Yet Obama's ICA omitted it, violating standards for a rushed, biased conclusion.
KEY PAGES: 16-17
Declassified GOP House Intel Report found Putin had more damaging information about candidate Clinton that could have been used against her in the final days of the 2016 campaign but the information was held back.
"The ICA's generic description of material Putin held back makes the reader unaware of significant information available to Moscow to denigrate Secretary Clinton."
"This violated ICD 203 directives that analysis ‘be informed by all relevant information available' given that documents leaked during the election were far less damaging to Secretary Clinton than those Putin chose not to leak."
•Among the allegations that Clinton's health was "extraordinarily alarming" to President Obama and party leaders leaders
•Russian intelligence had "details of secret meetings" by State Department reps
—
The records make the case that the 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment was “ordered by" and "subject to unusual directives" from President Obama
•Draft "not properly coordinated" with IC components, purposefully deviated from professional standards
•To ensure publication "without significant challenges" to its conclusion
