RFK JR says Dr. Anthony Fauci funded something called “The seamless ligation technique, aka the "no-see'm" method”, which was a Technique Designed to HIDE Evidence of Human Tampering with a Virus

And he gave this technique to the Chinese Government.

The technique was developed by Dr. Ralph Baric at the University of North Carolina, and funded through the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).

This “Seamless ligation technique” allows for the assembly of viral genomes or DNA fragments without leaving obvious genetic signatures of laboratory manipulation, which can make it difficult to distinguish between naturally occurring and lab-engineered organisms.
