The majority of official documents signed by President Joe Biden allegedly used the same autopen signature, reinvigorating concerns over the former president’s mental acuity and if he "actually ordered the signature of relevant legal documents," a report published by an arm of the Heritage Foundation found. 

The Oversight Project posted three examples showing Biden’s signature, including two executive orders and the president’s announcement he was bowing out of the 2024 presidential race. The signature on the two executive orders, one of which was signed in 2022 and the other in 2024, showed the same signature that included what appeared to be a line, followed by "R. Biden Jr."

Biden’s signature on the document announcing his departure from the 2024 race varied from the other two posted by the Oversight Project, showing a signature that wasn’t as clear as the one on the executive orders. 

Fox News Digital, at random, examined more than 20 Biden-era executive orders documented on the Federal Register’s office between 2021 and 2024 and found each had the same signature.

The Oversight Project, an investigative arm of the conservative Heritage Foundation, alleged an excessive use of autopen signature by former President Biden when he was in the White House.

"We gathered every document we could find with Biden's signature over the course of his presidency. All used the same autopen signature except for the announcement that the former President was dropping out of the race last year," the organization wrote on X alongside examples of Biden's autopen signature. 

Following the Oversight Project findings, Missouri Attorney General Andrew Baileycalled for the Department of Justice to investigate whether Biden’s "cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval."

Bailey argued that if the widespread autopen use turns out to be true, "these executive orders, pardons, and all other actions are unconstitutional and legally void."

A recent analysis by the Oversight Project, reported by The Washington Times, revealed that at least three distinct autopen signatures were used for former President Joe Biden during his term. An autopen is a device that mechanically replicates a person’s signature. The investigation highlighted variations, such as differences in the “Jr.” of “Joseph Robinette Biden Jr.” across documents. “The uniformity of these signatures on these proclamations led us to conclude with high confidence that there is a third autopen signature,” said Kyle Brosnan, vice president of legal matters at the Oversight Project, to the Times.

1/ A top former aide to former President Joe Biden testified behind closed doors Tuesday for more than four hours as part of the House Oversight Committee’s investigation into his mental fitness to serve and his White House’s use of an autopen, confirming she was authorized to use the automatic signature device while pushing back on concerns about alleged manipulation or malfeasance.

Neera Tanden, who served as director of the White House Domestic Policy Council, explained in her opening remarks Tuesday that she was given authority to wield the autopen. She said she “was responsible for handling the flow of documents to and from the president” and was authorized to direct autopen use from October 2021 to May 2023 when she was serving as staff secretary and senior adviser to Biden.



2/But on her way out after hours of questions that stopped once for a lunch break, Tanden said she was cooperative.

“I was very happy to answer questions. I answered the questions,” Tanden said when asked about the interview by the Washington Examiner at 3:21 p.m. at the conclusion of the interview, adding that she was “happy to discuss my public service.”

3/ Pressed again by reporters on her exit from the Capitol Hill building on whether there was a cover-up of Biden’s health condition, Tanden shot back: “Absolutely not.”

New York Time article - confirms the aides approved some of the autopen pardons. Biden claims he approved every one because they had a discussion about names, but many of these "names" were decided after Biden had his meeting with staff, including Fauci and other pardons of those who were not convicted of any crimes.

During an interview with the Daily Caller, he displayed upcoming presidential portraits and, when asked about featuring Biden, responded, "We put up a picture of the autopen." He revealed a design for the "Biden Autopen" portrait, calling it controversial.

The President then criticized Biden, referencing his May diagnosis of aggressive prostate cancer with a Gleason score of 9 and bone metastasis. "He didn't win the race. He lost badly," Trump said, describing Biden as a poor president and questioning the timing of the health announcement.

The Trump White House Counsel is raising serious questions about the legality of Joe Biden's final wave of pardons and commutations, urging the Justice Department and Congress to interview the former president's advisors to determine if he truly authorized acts of clemency signed by an autopen operated by staff, according to a memo obtained Saturday by Just the News.

"We believe that answering the questions above requires interviewing those involved," White House Counsel David Warrington wrote in a memo to President Donald Trump's Chief of Staff Susie Wiles. "As the WHC does not have the authority to conduct interviews, we recommend that you approve making the information contained in this memorandum and the supporting materials available to entities that do have that power.

"By sharing this information with the Department of Justice and the United States Congress, we will be able to assist their investigations and provide much needed transparency to the American people," the memo added.

Just the News recently reported on bombshell internal White House memos that showed Biden had outsourced clemency decisions to then-Vice President Kamala Harris and allowed staff to use an autopen on late-term pardons even though staff believed at the beginning of his presidency that he needed to personally sign by hand such actions.

The Warrington memo also called into question Biden's claim to The New York Timesthis summer that the use of autopen was necessary due to the large number of individuals who received a pardon or clemency at the end of his presidency.
